No platform is perfect but I like Headway because it allows for clinician’s to have control and autonomy over their own private practice. Other platforms control all insurance info, fees, intakes and assessments, referrals. You really have a better sense of the process with Headway.

Headway has been really nice in regards to getting my credentialing covered without the headache of trying to find all the information myself, however, it is a little irritating in the fact that it doesn't collaborate well with my EHR for clients who are on insurances that Headway does not handle, and their customer service representatives are hard to connect with. I also don't love that I can't see where copays go that clients are having to pay which raises some questions for me.

I do not have much to say but I meet with my clients even though I only have one now???? I know the schedule and I work without pressure. I wish I could have few more clients but the insurances you allow takes very long time to be enrolled on. Always pending

I love Headway!! I just hate to be "punished" as a provider where if the patient does not maintain a card on file for a while then I cannot be able to bill for visits >30 days when they do update their cards. Not fair. Otherwise I would give a 5 star!
