I really appreciate the ease with regards to setting up patient accounts. I am absolutely in love with the doxy.me platform, which is very reliable and has had minimal technical glitches, which I experienced often with my last employee platform. My patients have complimented the simplicity with the platform, as well. What I do not like is the fact that many of my patients' insurance benefits are verified for a significantly higher amount of out-of-pocket expense than what they were required to pay with another telehealth platform. The inconsistency has proven troublesome for 90% of my patients, who have "threatened" to find services elsewhere, due to the inability to afford these "verified" amounts.

When tickets are issued we get one answer from one provider and then another different answer from another provider. Also they don’t cover Medicaid/Medicare. It seems there’s a communication break down among customer service.

I like Headway. I would love it if it had in portal Zoom and AI options to purchase.

Headway enrolled me in Zocdoc and I never got a single patient through that platform.

I love the platform, ease of use, consistent session link, and responsiveness to issues. If they gave referrals they would become the only platform I work with, but alas, I have to get new clients somehow, so until they start offering referrals, I'm going to have to count a different platform as my go-to.

I depend on Headway to deal with the insurance company. Recently I was unable to attest within the allotted time and one insurance company dropped me. It was significantly a while ago and I was never made aware by the insurance company nor by Headway. In fact, I informed Headway of the problem. Since that time Headway is working to reinstate my credential, but, I would have thought I could depend on them to catch this long before it got to this point.

While the rates are good and there is great follow-up when recruiting and enrolling new providers, the services are sub-par when issues arise. No contact with a person, their contact form is a class in itself. The system does not allow you to delete client info, will allow you to archive, and will not allow any changes to their billing (i.e. from ins. to private pay). So, you can't re-enroll the client and update their information, because they are archived the system stops the enrollment because of the recognized email. You can't enroll multiple family members (parent/child) under the same email even minors.

There is insufficient communication for Headway personnel to address concerns or issues. As a provider, I often feel isolated and unequipped to answer my clients' questions or concerns.
