Headway has been such an easy platform to utilize to help me find the right therapist for me. I found a therapist with ease, who has experience in working with what I wanted to tackle and talk through and have now been seeing my therapist I found through Headway for 3 years. Grateful for the seamless experience Headway has been providing and even recommended to a number of friends who have found their therapists through headway as well!

Christian responded to my request in a timely fashion. He was professional and kind. Because he needed further information to assist me, he provided a direct email where I could reach him. My issue was resolved within 48 hours.

I reached out to request help with a client setting up a profile for their teen son. I was not able to confirm the intake appointment because it was under the fathers name. I reached out to the parents a couple of times via phone call and email but did not receive a response. The Headway Team reached out to the parents and they were able to help with the correct profile. I was able to complete the intake documentation. Thank you = )
