My one-year subscription appears to have been cancelled without my permission, two months in. Evidently, there is no customer service number for me to even call to complain. Do not trust Headspace.

The free service is excellent and I am really tempted to sign up to the years membership but the automatic re-billing that others have pointed out with no apparent warning is a terrible business practise that only upsets customers and this has made me think twice. I have emailed Headspace about this and I am awaiting a response. If this issue is addressed then I will sign up to the paid service and amend this 3 star review. Thank you for your response, that is useful. I think as a default setting the renewal shouldn't be automated as people's sign up should always be an active choice but at least you can turn this option off to avoid unwanted charges. Thank you

Headspace has left my mother and girlfriend without gifts on christmas. I purchased year-long subscriptions for both of them with an expected arrival of the 25th of December. neither has been sent and headspace doesn't offer any meaningful customer support, making me feel helpless and frustrated. the only contact I've had with headspace's team is through email because they falsely advertise the existence of live chat, which only leads to more repetitive unhelpful emails cluttering my inbox. I'm am absolutely sick to my stomach with sending emails and receiving them from stupid bots that have no idea what I'm even asking. I can't deny the content headspace has is amazing, however, this has been the single worst customer support system that I have ever dealt with and because of it, I'm left helpless on Christmas day.

Be careful - they have an automatic renewal clause. So if you sign up to a 1 year subscription, they will renew it (at full price despite what you paid initially), with absolutely no notice nor do they ask for your consent. This has created a lot of stress - ironic for a mindfulness app

Headspace is a life changing amazing application. But I’m writing this review to highlight the amazing customer service from 'Taylor H'. I had reached 252 consecutive days of mediation and I am pushing for the full 365. To my dismay one morning after completing 'walking in nature' my run streak had been reset to 1. Thanks to developing a calmness in all situations mostly due to headspace(lol) I didn’t 'lose my s**t' but sent an email to their customer support. They responded within the hour with an automated response and some help saying my request would be replied to within a business day. 2 Hours later the lovely Taylor H had put my streak back 252 congratulated me on my progress and wished me well. Amazing app, amazing people and awesome service; Thank you so much!

I'm currently on the craving pack. I mediate for 20 mins in the car on my lunch break. At the end it feels like I've been gone for 5 hours. It makes me feel amazing, so focussed and a complete reset each day. It feels so good and I now can't imagine life without it.

Good set of useful materials

I have suffered bipolar disorder for many years. This app has been a game changer. I am happier, healthier and more balanced than ever. The daily meditations help me to look at life in a completely fresh way. I really recommend!
