This appears to be a scam, lured with limited value content. The scam is around offering a FREE TRIAL [with no intention of allowing cancellation to the App]. When I took up the FREE TRIAL, I was assured that I would be contacted to either continue its use of the App or end the trial. An organisation who is prepared to dupe their customers in this manner, feel they can abuse the FREE TRIAL offer will not in my opinion be successful in the long run. I have learned a lesson for my £49.99, always check TrustPilot before taking up FREE TRIALS. Google and Apple should be ashamed of yourselves, by effectively "aiding and abetting" this underhand practise you have damaged your reputation and trust HeadSpace deceitful actions has damaged their karma along with Google and Apple

This company is a scam. They just take your money even though the subscription has been removed. There is no clearly defined button to cancel the subscription. App Store and Google Play should ban this app. FAQ mislead and misinform.

The app isn’t that bad but the support is a total disaster. Also they renew the subscription without notice and with a higher price and when I want to cancel the automatic renewal that button doesn’t work. Not possible to get a quick anwer why it doesn’t work. Do not subscribe it’s a scam

I am not happy. I was trying to disable automatic renewal of my subscription, and I cannot do this. I followed the instructions, it does not work. The button does not respond. Help center won't answer my call for assistance.

I listened to ‘cat marina’ which was pretty relaxing to be honest and as a cat lover I felt quite content. As I relaxed my two cats became suspicious about the cat noises and went on the hunt. I continued to relax unbeknownst that there was a height of tension in my small house. By then it was too late, my two cats thought each other were the intruder and proceeded to have a huge fight, the battle and anxiety went on most of the evening culminating in one of the cats being sick from the stress of battle. I had a pretty relaxing ten minutes but endured the royal rumble that ensued. Do not listen to this if you have bloody cats

Terrible app. You get 1 meditation for free. If you want to do another meditation you have to pay for Headspace Plus. This app is a paywall, don't download it.

This app has been incredible for helping me get to sleep! I use it almost every night, I just love the sleep section. Hands down this is my most treasured app. The app is great to help meditation too but recommend people new to meditation try and get in to the process a little themselves before buying. If meditation isn’t your thing it won’t feel like a good purchase.

I was looking at the reviews before I subscribed and this company seems very poorly run as there are loads of customers complaining about their subscriptions and they don't do anything about it (their instructions about canceling subscriptions are to go to "Settings - Apple ID". It is obviously misleading as you cancel subscriptions going to the app store. So the app doesn't matter anymore. You need not only a good product, but also to be an ethical company to stay in business.
