My girlfriend attempted to get a free trial with Headspace, they charged her automatically for the service without any indication that they were doing so. Avoid this company like the plague. They will eat your wallet.

Great app lots to do and use , navigation of the site is tricky . Really helping but like all thins needs practice.

Endless frustration – no stars at all! I tried for nearly three weeks to get the free trial. I was sent round and round in circles. Helpdesk not responding for nearly a week, followed by an exchange of around 28 emails. Still no meditations coming my way – and a lot and a lot of frustration! How ironic in an app that is supposed to induce calm. Also I feel a meditation app should be simple to sign up to and simple to cancel – transparent. This is not. In the end I was given three months free – but guess what! The link won't work and the Helpdesk can't make it work for me. Having seen what a nightmare it is to cancel, I am relieved I never received even a single meditation! One to avoid. There are plenty of free meditations out there.

I suffered anxiety all my life and was was diagnosed with GAD. It was suggested by my therapist to try meditation. I found the app easy to used and inspiring and this helped me decrease my anxiety.

Scam company should be closed down by authorities. Beware of auto renewal. Very difficult to turn off. Just had unauthorised money taken out of my bank.

I've tried to cancel my trial subscription since the 1st day I downloaded this app. I couldn't find how. I sent a lot of emails to customer service and the only reply received was: we hope you are doing well. How? If this app definitely is an spam and makes you frustrated and more stressed. In conclusion, there is not way to unsubscribe even though you try to contact the company customer service.

CON!! HEADACHE!! Watch out for their prescription. They have automatically taken out $91.99 for an annual prescription, no reminder email what so ever. I was not aware i still had a prescription, as i uninstalled the app long ago. And im not the only one!
