BEWARE! very hard to cancel once you have sign up! Making for a very stressful life not quite what you’ve signed up for is it ! Meditate the stress away- why do they make it impossible to cancel subscription

UI: Underdeveloped. Need to showcase free features that aids the marketing team in gaining more subscriptions. There's not value added in aimlessly looking around the app without a subscription at a bunch of graphics & titles with no functionality. You're not giving the end user any "bait" to "try before you buy" outside of the free trial. We live in a PPI world with more conscious consumers who are not going to blindly trust their PPI with your security policies just because it looks bright & animated. Leverage your teams to talk about how to create a "trust-building" first-time experience for your end users with the target being subscribing. Support: Undefined purpose when issuing instructions for self-help on issues. Explain WHY I need to login, logout, reset the password.....all for an SSO correction on YOUR part. This makes absolutely no sense & diminishes the end-user experience. SSO: You seriously need to improve in this area. You will lose company contracts by the number of employee complaints in internal channels that you will never see because benefits teams will not look to you to resolve them. They will simply not renew the contract with you. If you are already verifying accounts as work/org accounts vs personal accts, then you should already be able to identify when a user attempts to convert their acct with work/org email into a benefit-paid acct. Go back and review the journey map for onboarding work/org email addresses as paid benefit contract accounts.

Making the unsub as hard as possible is a ridiculous practice to keep your customer in 2022, but these guys went even further. You are not able to unsubscribe from the app directly(?!). After being redirected to the web and confirmed twice that I "DO" want to unsubscribe, my subscription stayed active, and they tried to charge me again. And the funny part? There is no unsubscribe option in my profile anymore. Also I am not able to delete my account because I have an "active subscription"... Keep your money safe. Use virtual credit cards and freeze/replace them after each use, especially for subscriptions. Don't get scammed by companies like this.

Before you are getting sub - did you get a fancy text that says that you will get 14 days free trial? Don't forget to read small text if it is valid in your account or not. I bought it anyway, yet it says I have 14 days trial but didn't get it because I was old member which is depressing. Anyhow I felt that this app is not so worth to use! You can actually find HeadSpace in Spotify, also you can find similar like Raining, Windbreece, ocean sounds on spotify. I am sorry to say but there are some section that it has with voice - They are terrible. I don't like Eva voice and I don't like some male voice. I use to listen Switch Off but some how they have changed voice actor that I don't personally like. When I listen jungle sound, after 3 min it sounds the same again lt's like a loop - that's why I strongly suggest you to use Spotify instead. Spotify has timer if you press 3 dots setting button. Worst of all I didn't get my refund back. You need to go "deeper" to find to unsub headspace. I am not recommending you to use this app ever because of over complex to unsubscribe and horrible support. They don't answer after 48h.

Just heard an advertisement on the “Unregistered” podcast with Thaddeus Russell. It interrupted a conversation about how pro life people should be ideologically ok with killing abortion doctors. Later in the podcast we get a chat about how adult and children sexual relationships are not inappropriate. So right on for supporting this guy.

Opted in for their annual subscription to get the first 14 days for free, as stated in the app, however right after agreeing to the subscription, my card was then billed immediately!

I've utilized headspace for years. Weather I have limitted time or extra time, headspace has helped my personally as well as professionally. I've referred it to friends and family and now they enjoy the benefits of it. -No dought that the product is well worth the money!

Malgré la manip' j'ai été facturée. J'ai envoyé un mail au service client qui m'a immédiatement remboursée, offert 2 mois gratuit plus une réduction annuelle.
