I was unable to find overnight underwear for my wife in the local stores, at least ones that were capeable of doing the job. Then I found HDIS online. I ordered a sampler to get an idea of their products. The samplers are great if you are not sure of the ones to order. I found one that was 100% effective, problem soved thanks to HDIS. Their automatic delivery is marvelous also.

I have been using the overnight pants from when I got incontinence 3 years ago until now. They never leak and are quiet, I wear then every night.
