I need more time to evaluate the product but I can say the service has been excellent. I have now used the product and must say I was disappointed. The sheets are hard to use, they roll up under the hand and both my caregiver and I think they smell a little like beer. Sorry I've been looking for a decent and reasonably priced cloth but I guess it's just not to be.

This is a very large pad that covers the entire mattress where I need it to. Seems to be a good quality, haven't had to test it yet.
