I find it difficult to compare one brand with another and it would be helpful to have the cost "for each piece" already calculated. Other than that I think ordering whether by mail or on line is easy to use. Call- in orders are handled by friendly, helpful, patient, and easy to understand people. The shipping is prompt and FREE!!

First shipment was good, got a great value for the cost and very happy. Second shipment of same item was short on the number of brushes. We were very happy with the 1st order, but will not be ordering anymore based on second shipment as it was not worth the price we paid. Based on product description the 1st shipment was not correct and based on the brushes the brushes are not worth the price.
