Delivery taking far longer than it used to. Products get held at a location for more than a day many times. I can no longer rely on getting the products when they are promised.

Took longer then expected to arrive. It was turned over to my local post office then it took them 3 more days to finally deliver which isn't reflected in tracking information.

The products purchased from HDIS have been very beneficial to both my mother and mother-in-law. HDIS provides excellent customer service regarding the products, and shipments. Always just a message away when visiting HDIS website. I would recommend HDIS to anyone that has an aging need. Deliveries to different address is very convenient also.

Delivery just not fast enough. The prices are already high, discounts silly, so something should be Really Good. The only reason to use your service is if one is unable, for whatever reason (disability, distance, transportation, embarrassment) to get to the CVS, RiteAid, etc. where the discounts are steep.
