Great service and I really love these individual wash clothes. I'm a truckdriver that since the Old Spice wipes got discontinued I've been searching for a good wipe that cleans & refreshes.

The delivery date keeps changing? Things that are out of stock are not delivered and nothing is communicated about it. Oh but the customer service when you call or chat online is helpful and accommodating.

The grab bar order was very substantial. It exceeded my expectations.

Too expensive

HDIS has been very helpful to me as I sought the best product options for minor incontinence after that noncancerous prostate surgery common to men over age 70. The ladies at the store spoke with me by phone, and we selected a product to start me out based on my need to be able to mount an item of protection at the end of a work day to cover me on a commute of over two hours. When I had for a time an annoying issue with that product, they introduced me to another product which could be added and secured without undressing completely. Since I am totally blind and unable to see the pictures on the website, the ladies with whom I spoke gave me clear descriptions of any product we were considering at the moment. On one occasion, I mentioned the difficulty of quickly finding products advertised in their E-Mail messages, I was told that work is in progress to make it easier to find such products listed in their E-Mail ads. On one occasion when I didn't realize I was looking online at a product for women, the HDIS representative on the phone told me it was for women; after a couple of questions, she determined the product I needed. Their representatives with whom I have spoken are all female, but they are totally professional and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend HDIS to anyone who needed products for management of incontinence. Also, incontinence is only one type of product they sell.
