My order was delivered in accordance with their timeline. I received a notice that my order had shipped. All of the items were contained in two boxes and were well packaged - no broken items. I am pleased with the quality of the items received and the prompt service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Premium house brand is excellent. As this was a first purchase shipping was a bit on the slow side, but product is excellent.

This isn't going to work for my mother as she lives in an apartment building. She never received the goods.

Hi, my only disappointment was that The product I use doesn’t seem to have any coupons available and I couldn’t use the coupon that was mailed to me when I was doing the check out process online. Otherwise thank you for quick delivery and discreet boxing.

I like this company very much. Just wished Medicare covered their "prettier" underwear. But that's on Medicaid and not HDIS. I would and have recommended HDIS to anyone who needs their assistance. Their products come in unmarked boxes also.
