The presentation was great! But the user interface was really clunky and unexpected. There were no calendar invites, and I finally figured out that you have to login to the website to view it on the website. Then there was this weird thing with poll everywhere that required you to login... you don't need to login to use poll everywhere as a responder. So, clunky overall. But great presentation.

So many helpful tips. I wrote down some helpful open ended questions!

Very excellent training, and insights that will help me far beyond our current crisis.

Content was not to the level expected in one of the webinars I attended. The content was basic and was more of a reminder than tips on how to communicate with employees during these difficult times.
