Obviously there are difficulties with the transition from in-person to virtual for the conference, but my criticism is more of the content. While there are a few bits and pieces I took away as potential action steps, a lot of the content seemed very surface-level. I think typically at an in-person conference you can interact a bit more and get deeper in to the topic, but I think the bigger issue in this case was the short amount of time per session. Introductions for just about every session took a LOT of time, and then by the time they really got into it, there was very little time for depth. Many of the PowerPoint presentations also lacked useful content. While I did have a few takeaways, I frankly do not feel like I learned very much in the area of diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Good content, great instructor/facilitator. Course wasn't too long, but I felt like I left with a lot of information.

This course was awesome! The instructor was insightful, credible, and not robotic. The exchange value of learning was appreciated and the breakout sessions provided a good collaborative environment to think things through.

A nice overview of talent acquisition with lots of great materials to help build a robust team focused on all aspects of recruitment.

It was the best webinar I've attended. Thank you for offering it. It was very accessible, interesting and timely. I took notes and used several of the questions in the following 24 hours to spur on deeper conversation with workmates and family. I have the questions on my desktop as reminders when I'm meeting remotely with my team. I've also shared the questions provided and will be purchasing the set of questions as well.
