Great course. Cindi was an excellent instructor - very high energy, very knowledgeable.

Tracking recert hours on the website is clunky and not very user friendly. Sometimes I can't even access that page. I really like, and find great value, in the webinars, and the LDSS course I took. I'd love a (inexpensive :)) community of practice type follow up to that with others who have taken the course.

Excellent webinars on relevant topics for the HR professional. Great way to get SHRM and HRCI credit.

The course was really good. Although, I just spent hours taking the exam and it is not showing my score (which was passing score and allowed me to see the 4 questions missed) and then went to no results.

Thank you! I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot about the importance of planning. I believe the tools and templates will be extremely helpful to me and my organization in planning for our future.
