The course was a little too condensed for the amount of information. I do think maybe three (3) days would have been better; would help with pacing of the material and more time to think/ discuss wrt the exercises etc.

I just completed the Strategic HRBP course through HCI and couldn't be more pleased with the course. So many HR professionals discuss the need to be more strategic without ever detailing what that actually means. This course broke it out into very clear sections so that even the most experienced HR professional can clearly identify ways to grow and improve. I recommend this course to anyone that wants to develop into a more strategic HR business partner.

Great course on people analytics. Good instructor, positive environment, ample breakout sessions to discuss within teams. Expected more hands on experience in determine the statistical values to support out analysis.

A great experience, even virtually. A lot of great collaboration and resources. Loved the experience.

Incredibly engaging moderator!

It was a good course but some of what I was told to prepare for the course was never used. I was looking for more ideas in Talent Acquisition.

Wonderful conference. A couple of the sessions felt slightly outdated, but for the most part, the content was timely, applicable, and very helpful. Will definitely participate in more.
