My mom has been a costumer for years. Up until now we were very satisfied! We got supply after MONTHS of waiting! Package received today( FED EX service ) box was open barely any tape used. Please get better. I could not recommend you in good conscience anymore.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I don't know what has happened with this company. They used to be quick, knowledgeable and happy. Everyone I talk to sounds miserable. 2023 is not the year for this company. They used to have it together and they have just gone down hill in a matter of a few months. Upper management, what did you do? Whatever or whoever it is, fix it and get rid of the cancers. You used to be great.

Reguardless of WAT any of these ppl say about this company, (sham on you) It’s a GREAT!!! Company!!! To help ppl and to practically “give” their products away! They are so very nice every time on the phone!! The products arrive on time! If for some reason it’s late 🤨 like some reviewers whined about! Come on ppl they don’t deliver your products ITS THE MAIL duh. Ignore them u guys are great!!! Everything you do! Everything you stand for!!!! My daughters diabetic supplies have taken more than a month to ship. We still don’t have them. My clothes came before her medical supplies. Extremely disappointed

I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because the CS reps I've spoken with have been kind. Supplies that were supposed to shipped on 1/30 haven't been shipped. I called on 2/6...told there was a glitch in the system, it's fixed now, your supplies will ship today. No shipment. Call 2/7...the exact same story. Call today - told the situation was fixed and the supplies were released for shipping...but not until after 5:30 - the shipping department closes at 4:30!! Now I'm being told to call back around noon to get a tracking number.

I have called these people over and over today, only ONCE have I actually gotten in touch with a human being. I could not stay on the phone while her computer was malfunctioning and by the time she called me back I was in a meeting. If I could use any other company, I would, but I have new insurance so I can't

This is such an awesome service, I have had no problem ever. This service takes care of a big problem and boy am I thankful these people exist.
