Two out of 3 months my only half my order was received. Remarkably, customer service sent me photos of two different deliveries of my supplies and stated everything was delivered. However, if they had taken a look at tbe two pics they’d seen the same photo of the same two boxes, stacked exactly the same, and sitting in the exact same location on my porch and details of the photos exactly the same down to the label on the top box in the exact same location on the box. I’m being asked to believe there were two different deliveries when there was only one and for the second time in 3 months. The ONLY difference In the two pics is the second one had been edited to give the appearance it was taken from further away. Customer service took my complaint, viewed the UPS tracking info and saw two photos and confirmation of two different deliveries on the same day two hours apart. I know they get dozens of complaints a day but I’ve asked them to take a closer look. I have no idea what happened to half of my supplies but I don’t need Perry Mason to prove I’m right.

The diapers that I get are absolutely terrible. They don’t hold odor AT ALL. The comforter that I sleep with CONSTANTLY ends up smelling like urine even when my comforter was just washed that day. On top of the lack of odor retention, I leak very often. And it’s not only urine that I end up leaking, it’s my feces. There has been so many times when my bottoms have to be rinsed out and immediately washed. ALSO, the things that close the diaper around my hip, constantly rips

One month, 13 times they went back and fourth with my doctor regarding the delivery of the cgm they had been sending for two years. Medicare rules say two low readings are required to be certified at the beginning. After that, medicare states no more low readings are required. Home Care Delivered says that not true even when provided Medicare copy of the Medicare web site, Finally, after a month, they received al the information. My doctor provided two low readings even though origonal Medicare said not required. It was 56 the two low readings. Home care delivered stated the two low readings have to be 54 and chose to not provide the cgm knowing the risks. The cgm awakes me in the middle of the night when I go low and now I will be with out the alarm. Mediccare claims this is dangerous. Home Care delivered said Medicare made us do it. Medicare refers to this as immediate jeopardy because I can go low in the middle of the night and die. Medicare stated The doctor never had to provide the two low readings and for the two years. prior I never did, Complaints were made in the event I die in the middle of the night so it is on record of wrongful death. The lower level employees are in charge of company policy, this because upper-level employees do not speak to the public. They refused an immediate appeal to their decision. They also failed to address the immediate jeopardy of my having lost my alarm. The company only said rhrough lower level employees medicare made us do it.,

Don't respond to my 1 star rating as if you actually care about customer service. Giving me your main number and only letting me talk to employees who don't have the authority to correct your numerous problems.

Terrible customer support. There’s always a miscommunication when it comes to my shipment.

I gave a ONE star bcuz after asking CService for a couple of years to stop calling me on both my cell & landline with reminders to reorder my disabled son's supplys, they have TOTALLY ignored my requests, even after they said they flagged his acct to nolonger call me, plus the problem has gotten worse!. I told them email was adequate & I don't need ANY phone calls, texts or multiple voicemails bcuz it disrupts me from caring for my son! I just haven't had a moment to contact the FCC or BBB, but it is on my list to do so. It's too bad,bcuz I would have given a 5 star bcuz I love everything else about their company. I hope to find another company soon. I cannot tolerate this harassment any longer.

Michelle had doctors approval for the use of diapers. She has grown bigger and need diapers one size up, and for this you need doctor’s approval again, which takes time and add to extra efforts for the parents.
