HBTowerReviews of hbtowershop.com

5 stair ladder with handles was received promptly. It was very easy to put together and definitely a tremendous value!!

I ordered this platform ladder because I'm very unsteady with ladders as I have had 1/3 of my foot amputated. I used this ladder for 2 days and it's everything I expected. I can't afford a fall as I have a broken back. Ad and explanation about product was spot on.....Thanks

This step stool is exactly what I needed. The handrails are perfect for giving me the stability to be able to reach up to high places.

They advertise as an American Company, However, the moment I submitted an order to HBTower, somebody as Cheer01@kinladder took my order and they're a CCP organization

Website easy to find items. Payment was was also nice and easy. Product came with instructions (thank you). I was able to do it in just a few minutes. Ladder is exactly as shown. If I had 1 suggestion, the ladder could be wider. Maybe that should be in you new line??

The safety was as described in the advertisement and easy to put together. The most important thing was it was tall enough to reach the task I needed to complete. Good product.

Ease of ordering and fast shipping

Product described accurately and just what my husband wanted.
