This is my 2nd hb tower ladder. I have the 3 step we wanted a 5 step. Opened and inspected the Entire box- NO HARDWARE/SCREWS TO ATTACH THE HANDLES OR TRAY. I CALLED THEM ALL DAY- BUSY SIGNAL, 2 EMAILS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PACKAGING THAT LEFT OUT HARDWARE. I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYMORE

Ordered screw parts twice and still haven’t received them. Website, message system and phones don’t work. Terrible experience!

I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder. They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries. Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.

Received ladder in timely manner. Did not care for (too heavy). Got permission to return. Had to pay for return shipping (as expected). HBTower received 3 days later (per UPS confirmation). It has been 32 days since they received. NO REFUND. They don't respond to emails. Their phone is ALWAYS "busy" (all hours of day). I DO NOT recommend this company.

They advertise as an American Company, However, the moment I submitted an order to HBTower, somebody as Cheer01@kinladder took my order and they're a CCP organization

It had good reviews so I purchased it with handles thinking it would be secure. Tried to put it together they gave Allen wrenches that were for a child, certainly not an adult. Tried to contact the company to see what else I could use to put it together no response in chat no answer on the phone. This safe ladder is wobbly. Don't believe their reviews

When I received my ladder both the box and ladder were damaged. I have sent several emails stating that I would like a return request. I have tried calling; however, the line is constantly busy! I have not heard from anyone!

I do not know what you sent!
