HBTowerReviews of hbtowershop.com

The ladder is very sturdy and your comfortable while using, due to the side handles.

Great customer service. Product is exactly what we were looking for.

Easy transaction. Glad I purchased this step ladder. Thank you for the quick shipping.

Received ladder in timely manner. Did not care for (too heavy). Got permission to return. Had to pay for return shipping (as expected). HBTower received 3 days later (per UPS confirmation). It has been 32 days since they received. NO REFUND. They don't respond to emails. Their phone is ALWAYS "busy" (all hours of day). I DO NOT recommend this company.

The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

Too many emails and delay in shipping. Received way after I needed it.

Your company did what it said it would do…everything was perfect. Wish all vendors were like you. Thank you

Provided screws that were missing from a ladder order. Fair pricing. Failed to notify me when order shipped.
