The therapist was fantastic, but it did take a long time to get an appointment.

The therapist Kimberly that my son had was very great. My son likes her a lot and she is very good at communicating with me. However, customer service is hard to reach.

The counselor connected with my child in a way no other counselor has been able to do. She gave her amazing tools to use for the future and my child has been doing so much better and is actually happy.

Very helpful and my daughter loved her counselor.

My experience with Hazel Health has been very positive, especially in helping support my niece, Kailey. What stood out to me most was having access to caring professionals who took the time to listen to her concerns and understand what she was going through. As a family member, it was reassuring to know that she had someone available to talk to and receive support when she needed it. Hazel Health is doing a great job making mental and emotional health support more accessible to students. I truly appreciate the communication, compassion, and support they have provided to Kailey.
