The Medical Staff treated my child like she was their child. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I do recommend Hazel Health to all families with children who may have any health concerns.

My son benefited a lot from the therapy he received through Hazel health. It really helped him to open up more, feel better emotionally, he looked forward to his weekly meetings. I would definitely recommend Hazel health.

I have had 2 of my grandkids in the Hazel Health Program Dec. 2024 thru Feb. 2025 each child gets 6 session's and I/we absolutely love the staff and counselors have been amazing they are very helpful understanding patient and really care about the kids 💕 I recommend to other parents within the school district…Thank you all so very much for your help confidence and support.
