You all only did a couple of sessions and gave minimal advice. She barely had time to open up less alone practice any coping mechanism. It was a waste of time. We are going get a referral from her doctors office and go elsewhere.

Therapist started diagnosing child in front of her during first appointment and told parent that CPS should have been called. Child did self harm the next day. Completely unprofessional and the clinic won’t automatically provide a new counselor without further conversation. Therapist should lose her license.

This was a terrible experience I will never use again or recommend. Our first therapist, was uncommunicative, defensive, and only had my child watch videos without providing context, help in understanding, or help in processing through what she was feeling. I asked to have those videos shared with me and no one ever did. When I asked for a supervisor or manager it took almost 2 weeks to hear back. That person did nothing but offer platitudes. Our second therapist, while pleasant, did nothing to help our child. It was the world's biggest waste of time and I am question if it is ethical to operate this way.

Not impressed, my 12 and 13 year old use this therapy service and they dont feel that its helped after ten weeks. On top of that the counselors are pushy. They randonly pick a 1pm time and expect the parent to meet with them without sufficient notice. I work sixty hours a week and i end up receiving comments like ' You didnt bother to come to our 1 pm appointment. I'm glad they feel like i sit around and do nothing, i must have all the free time in the world. They do try to convince your child to say their parents dont make them happy so they can give an anonymous referral to social services against you. What a great company.

They assured me everything was gonna be OK that I was able to trust them so I did I look for the help. I trusted them. I opened up for them to quit on me on day one I put myself out there and got disappointed. They do not put children like me first. Instead of the acting like they wanted to help it just showed me that they’re just doing this for a paycheck.

My daughter has been scheduled, rescheduled twice, then the therapist left so I've been waiting to hear back about a new therapist with no response

The sessions were very short, Not what I was expecting and did not meet needs of my son or myself
