Pretty good content but too many issues with app. Buffering starts to be constant after a while. Not my internet. Have it on firesticks and zero issues with Prime Video and Netflix. Only issue is with Hayu and only fix I get from customer service is to uninstall and reinstall app? Yesterday I had to do that more than a half a dozen times? Come on Hayu, pay attention to your customers and get your act together. You have such great potential. I am tolerating for now while I catch up on previous seasons I missed, but will likely cancel out of sheer frustration!!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS SHODDY, THIEVING OUTFIT, You have been warned ... Had a free trial, which I never used at all so I cancelled it and they still debited a month subscription off my credit card and now they refuse to refund as they said I was an hour outside the cancellation period..... REALLY Shoddy customer service and a thieving outfit to boot. Have now raised a chargeback on my credit card and writing to their chief executive.

I have been using Hayu for 2 years. The service seems to be getting worse and worse instead of better. I eventually had to cancel my subscription as i had to remove and reinstall on a daily basis and more often than not the player doesnt work or the downloads are just a black screen with sound. Id happily pay more for the service if it actually worked

Another 1 star as unable to give none! Please read reviews before signing up.. Had a free trial and gave up after the first few episodes were incomplete. Never watched it again and as I was a day late cancelling the trial (it was a 30 day mth) I was charged. My bad fair enough however when I asked them to check my usage and refund the mth minus the day over I initially received a T&C response (bore off) and when queried this I received the most patronising email! Just terrible customer service and wish I'd read the review's before signing up!!

Unfortunately the Hayu app is really poor nearly every other time I use it says there is an error and won’t allow me to play. It also doesn’t save where you are up to in a program so if you turn it off and come back to it later, you have scroll through to where you last watched it up to. It has also stopped showing me when the latest episode is out, it also doesn’t show me which episode I am up to. I am often having to sign in on the main site to watch programmes. When I originally read all the bad reviews, I thought hey the app isn’t costing me anything, I can always go on the main site and watch the shows, however after 4 months of paying the Hayu subscription I have to say you do t want to be signing in each time to play a show, that app should be working correctly. Come on Hayu, you must be able to see there is an issue, look at all the negative reviews you need to fix this. I can honestly say this is the worst app I have ever used.

Fup. det ligner for mig fup. Jeg fik lov til at se en masse serier under trial perioden, men da det så blev et abonnement og de trækker 49 kr, kan jeg ikke få lov til at logge ind - og når jeg endelig kan det, så ligner det at det er en helt ny profil som stadig ikke har prøvet trial perioden (selvom de trækker 49 månedligt) Deres email har "help center" og "privacy policy" funktioner, men når man trykker på dem er de "expired". Når man er inde på hjemmesidne og vil have kontakt til help center, er der selvfølgelig ikke et tlf nr, eller email. Der er en "message us" knap, og den fører dig tilbage til sign in - selvom du er logget ind, og sådan går det i ring. dvs MAN IKKE FÅ KONTAKT TIL NOGET SOM HELST KUNDESERVICE. Smells fishy...

Absolute appalling customer service Charged me for 12 months when I never even signed up through my iTunes. Couldn’t even locate an account for myself to cancel it but yeah have taken over £60.
