Hawaii Car TransportReviews of hawaiicartransport.com

Very easy to book, everything was taken care of, pick up was quick and easy. My car was here before anticipated which was great.

The communications with phone staff were helpful and accurate. Vehicle drop off and pickup were very easy.

My experience with JC was a great one when shipping my son's from San Antonio to Nashville even though he did somethings I don't think he suppose to get my business, the second leg is where the problem comes into play, JC promised as soon as he got into the office a call would be made to me that call never came!!!! I called several times trying to get an update because JC had gotten my deposit for the transport and I was told by several other people not JC that the system and I'm a small business owner so I advised him he should have talked to me himself not put me off on anyone else because I had been dealing with him only why did he not talk to me. After a while of me of calling and tempers going back and forth they decided to put a guy named John/Johnny that made matters extremely worse because he thought it was a good idea to talk in an unprofessional manner and hang up in my face, of course that made me even more upset because i was pushing so hard because I wanted to get my son's truck back to him for birthday and that was a promise I made and JC understood that promised that he would ensure that would. I didn't wait on JC because he was acting like I thought he was con artist because he originally told me that he was the manager of the shipping company and that wasn't the truth I got another company to get it shipped and got there a day ahead of schedule, and JC before I cancelled with them had the audacity to tell about not getting my deposit back I told him take the money and feed his family or employees with it because he was a man of his word he wouldn't played that cat and mouse game the way he did, I'm advising that company isn't what they seem because the customer service can be terrible and no accountability for their lies when taking hard working people money after giving me a guarantee that he could meet me needs!!!!

Seamless! My car arrived a day early for pick up too! Thank you!

Hawaiian Car Transport was wonderful from day one. They were very helpful with every step. They took all our stress away. From them picking up the truck in Alabama to us picking it up in Hawaii everything went smoothly and worry free. I highly recommend this company.
