I ordered a men’s medium outfit (for Halloween) and tried to return within 24 hrs of receiving as I changed my mind and husband doesn’t like and they don’t do returns for certain items, ultimately they offered me 50% back. Read the return policy on individual items. Concerning!

Received my costume in the mail. Happy with the purchase. It does run small so make sure and order at least a size bigger.

Great product, even better customer service, great experience overall. I Love supporting companies who give so much attention to their customers, it's really refreshing and encouraging to know not everyone has given up on providing excellent customer care.

The shirt is exactly as pictured. What is this made of? It's like wearing a nylon windbreaker. Does not breathe at all, I can't wear this outdoors. I can't wear this indoors with A/C. Great shirt, except I can't wear it. Please do not offer a 10% discount. I will not buy another shirt that I can't wear. Thanks for an overpriced item that will sit in my closet.
