The shirts seem to be of relatively low quality - likely to fall apart with washing (but, we’re only wearing them once). They did not honor my color requests despite emailing them immediately (as instructed on the website). They actually acted like they didn’t get the email while responding to the email. Finally, on one shirt, the pocket is sewn over the banner. Poor QC, below average customer response. I wouldn’t order again.

Quality of the shirt is not very good. The stitching is all over the place. Shipping takes forever because it comes from China. The shirt fits very snug. Not true to size. Kind of disappointed for a $40 custom shirt.

***My two star rating is for the overall experience I had with this internet company. It is hard to find a custom button up shirt provider. That being said, please do your research. This company is just the site in the United States that sources their product from China (in my case). This shirt cost me $53 dollars and took a month to get. They beat around the bush a little on the website on how long the whole process takes, but they never mention that the shirt comes from over seas (unless it is in the fine print). The customer service is not that great either. I emailed and sometimes would not get an answer for two or three days. Other times, the person wouldn't answer the question or concern that I had. The positives are that the shirt, for the most part, came out great. The collar is a bit small for my liking and the size was not true to size ( I got a 3 XL and it was just a tad tight... 3XL should have fit better). However, the shirt was a hit at my school's spirit day. Personally, I will never use this company again (I will find a direct shipper from overseas). The experience I had took all the joy from what the shirt was supposed to represent. It was like getting socks for Christmas when you wanted a new car. However, if you are willing to pay $50 for a custom button up shirt and willing to wait 30 days for it to arrive, then I would say these guys are with a shot.

This was a bad shopping experience for me. I ordered a shir and a top on May 23 and received two shirts on June 12th. It was not a huge deal because I still had over a month before I needed to wear them. I contacted customer service and received a response via text from Harley. He apologized and said that they would make the shorts and give me a 10% discount on my order. Three weeks went by, and I still had not received or heard anything, so I reached out. After several days I heard back from Harley saying that they had made the shorts, but they had been missed in the shipments sent out and that it was now too late for me to receive them on time. I asked if I could have them expressed shipped and he said they could do that but still could not guarantee that I would get them in time. I told him that if I couldn’t get them in time there was no need to send them and to please refund my money. Again, Harley apologized and said that they would refund me. It has now been three weeks and I still have not received my credit The only positive thing I can say is that the product I did received was really cute. Update Several hours after posting this I was contacted and my refund was processed. I really really hate having to go this far to get things resolved. Claire was very helpful and efficient.

The shirt is exactly as pictured. What is this made of? It's like wearing a nylon windbreaker. Does not breathe at all, I can't wear this outdoors. I can't wear this indoors with A/C. Great shirt, except I can't wear it. Please do not offer a 10% discount. I will not buy another shirt that I can't wear. Thanks for an overpriced item that will sit in my closet.
