We purchased men's rompers for a work event, the customization process was really great and we loved the look of our product, unfortunately the sizing was WAY OFF - these run extremely small and short and we had to get them modified by a seamstress so they could be worn. They did give us a small refund to offset the cost of modification, but feel it should have been more substantial.

Shirt was lightweight and soft but sizing chart is not accurate. Ordered a men's medium and was more like an extra small so he has to wear it open. Order 2 sizes larger than you wear.

Sizing is way off. Very disappointed. I sent in measurement pictures to the customer rep. Talked about measurements with her a lot. After she spoke to other people and showed them the pictures I sent of me measuring a similar shirt I have, the shirt I received was still way too small. Like won’t even button around my chest too small. But*** After letting the rep know the above, and showing pictures of my new shirt with different measurements than what are listed on their size guide, they are sending me a replacement free of charge. So that’s nice. Customer service is five star. And they were very helpful and accommodating with the custom image I sent - making quick revisions and even switching the image as we worked out what looked best after cropping and applying to the shirt print. Just wish we didn’t have to go through all this with the sizing. Fingers crossed that the new shirt will fit… after changing from a medium size to an XL. So all that to say - order two sizes bigger than what you’re thinking. And take advantage of their great costumer service.

Hi Jack, I'm Claire and I have been supporting you via SMS since your order date. On checking, we have not received your complaint about sizing after delivery, I'm sorry if the sizing was off. We are always ready to support any issues, as long as you reach out to us about your problems then. UPDATED: It took 1 month to resolve but I am happy to report that it is resolved now and they did send me a new swimsuit at the right fit. BEWARE their size chart! Cheapy materials but ok for costume use, which is what i ordered for. Website states they are a US company based out of Chatworth but everything was shipped from China. The swimsuit sizing instructions are confusing...instructions say to lay a swimsuit flat to measure but the guide then goes on to tell you how to measure around your body. Anyway, the sizing of course ended up being way off. When I reached out to customer service they were initally helpful and said they would exchange but have been radio silent for 2 weeks now. Disappointing and won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Buyer Beware! (This is an edited review.) This company does not offer returns or exchanges if the item doesn't fit right. So you have to be sure that the item you order, is truly what you want, or you have to make it work. I found out the hard way. I had to buy a second item at half price to make up for the style difference that didn't work on the original shirt. So I ended up paying price and a half for the shirt. However, after a few back and fourths, they did eventually reimburse me for the 2nd shirt. So in the end, the exchange was done. But again, to avoid what I went through, please be confident that what you order is what you truly want.
