VinCo Hawaiian ShirtsReviews of hawaiianshirtss.com

VinCo delivered a fantastic product I love (who doesn't want a Bulbasaur Hawaiian shirt?) AND They did it with top-notch customer service. Claire was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the customer experience flawless. Thank you Claire and VinCo!

They never shipped my shirt after 3 weeks of order and never notified me I had to ask where it was.

The shirt took a bit of a long time to arrive but I am sure it was due to the holidays. It looks great and it fits me well (: thank you very much (:

Love the shirt, but I ordered an XL and received a L. I will gift it to a friend who will love it.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Will definitely order from this company again. I was last minute ordering a customized dress for a Christmas Party. The company worked with me to make sure I received it on time. The customer service was amazing. I honestly never give reviews (I should do better) but I was so impressed with how the company and employees were so helpful. Response time was quick. The dress was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend this company.

Buyer Beware! (This is an edited review.) This company does not offer returns or exchanges if the item doesn't fit right. So you have to be sure that the item you order, is truly what you want, or you have to make it work. I found out the hard way. I had to buy a second item at half price to make up for the style difference that didn't work on the original shirt. So I ended up paying price and a half for the shirt. However, after a few back and fourths, they did eventually reimburse me for the 2nd shirt. So in the end, the exchange was done. But again, to avoid what I went through, please be confident that what you order is what you truly want.

Easy to order, came within a few weeks and looks great. True to size.

I love my Disney shirts here. and the customer service is so great, had the sizing help and all the shirts fit my family
