I have no idea where my order is. Nobody calls you back. Never got to see the shirt before it shipped, none of the links in their emails work. Horrible customer NO service.

Haven't received a thing. Doesn't follow their own protocols for contacting customers. Feeling SCAMMED. I'm a SMALL BUSINESS I can't afford these types of LOSES.

The designs were hard to get right - they really had problems determining fashionable designs for logo shirts even though their catalogue has like 2500 shirts in it . The rep for the custom design was nice but it took a month - maybe I'm picky but after a while I stopped trying too hard to explain what I wanted. Delivery time was quite extended (3 weeks) and the currier who brought it to my house threw it on my lanai, didn't even come to drop it at my door. The shirt quality is ok at best, but less than desired on my end for a work shirt. It's basically your run of the mill overseas stuff. The polo collar wasn't anything to call home about either. Better than buying at a convenience store but if they had a retail shop this place wouldn't be open long. They got me for 2 shirts but I will not be repeating as a customer.

I ordered 2 diff style shirts from here on May 23 and May 25. I had a very long email with them on how to make them. They sent me 2 shirts of my 2nd order and kept my 1st order. Both shirts came out not even the same and were completely wrong, from wrong stitching color, backwards sewn on buttons, off centered pocket logo, lines on the design didnt line up at all, and a whole order completely missing! Its now July 3rd and still no resolution. They stole my money and gave me shirts so ugly I wont even ware them. They do nothing but lie and make promises they cant keep! I had to dispute it with my bank before they offered a refund and want me to cancel the dispute lol. Not happening because this company has done nothing but lie to me so far and cant even make shirts as they advertise!!! Highly do not recommend ordering anything from here!!! Update to vincos reply: you guys offered to send the right shirts I ordered and you never did!!!! You guys are liars and never sent them so I made a dispute with my bank for my money you stole from me!!! Then you wanted me to cancel it and then finally make things right!! You guys are a SCAM!!!!

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered 2 shirts on 6/2/2026 to see quality/design in anticipation of ordering 100 more for my fellow employees. Unfortunately, I cant speak to the quality because nearly a month later, I still have not received them. They come from China, and then get handed off to a no name delivery company (gofo express) to complete the order. The delivery company made false claims about an attempted delivery, and then "returned the product to the sellers warehouse". Frustrated beyond belief.

I ordered 2 moths ago T shirts got several E mails with Tracking nr it was already long time ago in Miami whats 2 hour away , wondering if i will ever receive my T shirts???

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered my shirts on 6/4/2026 and PAID for expedited shipping (4-6 business day) and I did not get them until 6/22/2026. I needed them for an event, hence the expedited order. They confirmed the order on 6/11 and still did not ship them out until 6/15/26. So I did not get them on time for my event and also discovered this is a front company for CHINA. I thought I was ordering from California until I finally got a DHL tracking number showing they were coming from China. I had tried to stop the order when they didn't come in. They argued with me to say my order was within the timeline but it was not. I wish I would have looked at reviews as it appears this isn't the first time this has happened. Because they won't give me my money back, my only recourse is to try and dispute the charges with my credit card company. What a Nightmare! 7/10/2026 - They offered me 20% discount off my order of $141.66 as a gesture of goodwill - that is $28.33. What a joke. That is not including the $93 just for the "expedited" shipping that was not expedited.
