Our design specialist at the Rockville, Maryland Haverty's furniture store was Jessica. Jessica was extremely nice and helped up design 4 bedrooms a kitchen nook, and a great room. All of the furniture we bought for each room fit perfectly, just like she told us it would and it looks amazing! Jessica is the reason why we spent an extremely large amount of money at Haverty's. I would highly recommend Jessica to help you with your designing needs!

Everything went well in FRANKLIN TN . WE BOUGHT OUR CONSOLE FROM CHELSEA . CHELSEA MADE OUR BUYING EXPERIENCE FRIENDLY AND EASY . two men who delivered and assembled the console were polite , attention to detail , and friendly . The delivery was a new subdivision in Smithville without Google lacking directions . Thanks to all people involved .

Sales help from Brennan Kirk was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products and no pressure as he helped us find what we were looking for. We bought a leather sofa & loveseat last weekend and they were delivered without any problems.

From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly. Darlene Murphy, Sales Consultant, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire sales process — answering all of our questions, keeping us informed, and making us feel confident every step of the way. Rickie Scott, Design Consultant, brought exceptional creativity and design expertise. Her ability to translate ideas into precise 2D and 3D layouts helped us see our space before committing. This includes accurate furniture placement, scale, flow, and before and after visualizations. She hit a home run with the bases loaded when we looked at the transformation she created. Together, they made an amazing team and turned the entire experience into something enjoyable and stress free. I chose Haverty’s because Lisa Thiessen Haverty’s Interior Design Expert was highly recommended by one of her recent customers. She is very patient and great to work with. Lisa offered to come to my home to assess my current home decor and to provide options that would best fit my lifestyle and space. The 3D software she used was a tremendous help to visualize her custom design plan and how it would look in my home. She also gave me some ideas for accent décor such as artwork and fluted wallscape planters, ideas that I would not have envisioned on my own. Her expertise, vision and creative talent gave me great confidence with my purchase of a loveseat, rug and coffee table for my living room. Lisa made sure the loveseat I chose was an appropriate fit for my challenging home interior. In addition, I purchased a rug and coffee table that I never would have bought if she hadn’t included it in the custom design that she created for me. It was a great experience.

I purchased a recliner, loveseat, rug, and rug pad on June 7, 2024 at the Glenwood Avenue Havertys Store in Raleigh, NC. When I arrived at the store, Shalini Nagpal (Sonia), greeted me and asked if she could help. I shared with her what I wanted to purchase and showed her pictures of my space. She showed me several options. Once I settled on the furniture, Sonia worked with me to coordinate a rug with the furniture. She also arranged for financing and delivery which was on June 22. The two young men who delivered the furniture, were polite and professional.
