I've spent $12,000 here in four years. The three year old adjustable bed died and after the run-around with Havertys and the manufacturer Reverie, both telling me to CRAWL UNDER THE BED AND LOCATE THE SERIAL NUMBER AND TRY TROUBLE SHOOTING WITH SOME BUTTONS....Haverty's finally agreed to send a tech out to do all that so Reverie would replace the part. The guy was nice and said "Just call and we'll come back to swap the part when you receive it." I received the part paying $35.00 for shipping. Haverty's refused after being on the phone for an hour and directed me to Reverie. Reverie said "I have no idea what they expect us to do the warranty is up after one year, call Taskrabbit."09/02/2026

Do not use this furniture company. Their delivery team damaged not only the furniture I purchased but also my hardwood floors, and no care was taken to protect either during delivery. Furniture was rolled in and removed from the dolly outside of the room then slid inside the room with one sharp unprotected leg gauging the floors on the path to placement and chipping the leg along the way. Felt pads placed after the fact. The delivery crew stated that Havertys would take care of it. Those words could not be more false. I did call customer service while the delivery crew was still at my home, but those men vanished quickly! When I raised the issue, their idea of "making it right" was not to repair the damaged furniture or my floors — only to refund the $199.00 delivery fee and offer a $200.00 store gift certificate to purchase more furniture. That doesn't come close to covering the actual damage, and it shows they aren't willing to take responsibility for the harm they caused. Also several places on the furniture pieces have cuts in the wood, my guess is from cutting open the packing? Pictures attached . Also one leg is missing stain, very discolored, 3k for a chest and nightstand should have better quality. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and sharing this everywhere I can so other consumers know what to expect. Buyer beware.

Absolutely the worst company to do business. "Top Drawer" service, I don't think so. Their warranty support - parts & service is horrible. No urgency, care, or concern for the customer. Never Again!

The salesman couldn’t get off his chair, however he would point furniture we could look at across the store but never walked over to check on us. We went over to another store and brought $7000 plus. Maybe you should train your people the customers do have questions but needs a salesperson to answer. POOR or NO customer service. We felt he thought we couldn’t afford your store, we certainly could!

Bought a Beauty Rest Black mattress from them. The mattress broke down within 19 months. The warranty process is clearly against consumers. While the bed has a highly visible large dip, Havertys declared it was normal wear and refused the claim. Told me to sleep in it for 3 more months. I paid $30 to have this garbage hauled to the county dump. Never trust Havertys again.

Bought a Bozeman rug for over $1000.00 and the pile is so worn in less than a year… never gets walked on with shoes yet it looks 15 years old! when I called customer service they said to get it professionally cleaned. Disappointed in CS and quality

Couch broke after one year. The recliner handle broke, made of plastic. Have extended warranty, but its a joke. Looking at 3 months to get the correct part to fix the couch. Won't buy from Haverty's again

I purchased a $1300.00 rug. FIbers are coming from rug in one area. They will not come out and provide service. They simply said no on e else has reported this and that it must be my vacuum cleaner. If it were the vacuum cleaner it would be the entire rug. I have 4 other rugs from Wayfair and have no problem with them.
