Der U01 von HAVA ist ein perfekter Fensterputzroboter der seine Erwartungen erfüllt. Sehr einfach zu bedienen und er macht das was er soll,genau wie es beschrieben wurde. Super Gerät,kann ich nur empfehlen.

Un support au top !

La machine T01) a cessé de fonctionner subitement, après 8 mois de nons et loyaux services. J'ai contacté le service client. Après quelques échanges dont des vidéos faites sur leurs instructions, un diagnostic a été posé: la porte vitrée était disfonctionnelle et ils.ont toit organisé pour m'en procurer une neuve. J'ai même eu droit à un tutoriel vidéo pour procéder au remplacement moi-même. Donc satisfaction totale pour moi.

Honestly surprised how good my washing machine is at this price point, amazing features and great results

So excited to get this dishwasher. It worked twice and then stopped working. I discovered a crack in the top where the door closes on the inside. Contacted HAVA and I provided all the documentation requested and received a new dishwasher one week later. I’m so happy with my choice. It cleans the dishes perfectly and holds more than you think it can with some strategic loading. It saves so much time! I love it! Customer service was great! They got back to me every 24 hours. I chose to buy this directly from HAVA instead of Amazon because of how they described customer service on their website. Working great for a month now.

We are on our third load of washing in the Hava R09 dishwasher since it arrived yesterday and are very impressed! It will definitely make life a lot easier for us, especially with a baby on the way in a few weeks. I’m very pleased I chose a Hava dishwasher over the other options I contemplated, the lilac colour is lovely and the dishwasher itself was very straightforward to figure out and does its job to an excellent standard. Customer service is also brilliant and super helpful when I had some issues with my delivery.

Great customer service. Had trouble with the delivery service in Denmark, but Hava's customer service helped alot! Highly recommend. Product is as expected, nice looking, effective and silent!
