HAVAReviews of havalab.com

Hava's washing machine is a product that truly fills a gap of customer needs. I have been using the product for a littler over 3 months now. So far I've had no problems in the setup, use and even interactions with the customer service. They are extremely professional and quick in their responses. Highly recommend!

I’m a bit bad at remembering to leave positive feedback usually, but I just had to leave a review for this dishwasher as I LOVE it! It is 100% the best purchase I have ever made. As someone who hates washing up and the only person in my house that does it 🙄, it has been a lifesaver. Sounds dramatic but the constant washing up after each meal time for my family of 4 was honestly getting me down. But now I can just chuck it all in here and forget about it for an hour or so and it’s all sparkling clean! It’s so easy to use, I just fill the tank up with water and the hose goes down into a mop bucket below. You can plumb it in but I’m quite happy with this set up. Don’t judge my loading skills but this is how much I can fit in it and if all comes out perfectly clean (can’t add a pic but I have 4 big plates, around 7 little plates, bowls, loads of cutlery, some big knives and spatulas). I would 100% recommend this to people who are also fed up of washing up but cannot fit a full size dishwasher in their kitchen. Very happy (as you can tell 😉) Thank you

Difficultés au départ pour trouver l'adaptateur adéquate . Je me suis dirigée vers le service client qui m a répondu très rapidement et très clairement Cf qui m a permis dx tout mettre en route Très satisfaite .

Had my Hava dishwasher for a month now and absolutely love it. Dishes clean and cutlery and glassware sparkling . Easy to use and compact

I had a great experience with this company and their support team! I ran into an issue with my order as my original package unfortunately got lost in transit. However, their support team was absolutely amazing — they responded very quickly, communicated clearly, and handled the situation in a very professional and helpful way. They immediately arranged a replacement and sent me a new unit free of charge, which I really appreciated. I ordered their portable dishwasher R09, and I’ve been using it for the past two days — I’m honestly very satisfied with my purchase. The product works really well and does exactly what I expected. Overall, great customer service and a great product. Highly recommend!
