Super expérience avec le service client ! Mon lave-vaisselle affichait une erreur aléatoirement pendant le lavage. J'ai contacté la marque qui a été très réactive, m'a demandé une vidéo de l'erreur et m'a dans la foulée envoyer la pièce à remplacer que j'ai reçue très vite. Cette dernière était facile à changer et à réglé l'erreur. Impeccable !

Ordered a Hava countertop dishwasher and although the appliance came faulty I can not fault Havas customer service, they apologised and shipped me a new one straight away which came 2 days later hence the 5 stars.

No regrets buying it even though here in Europe it's expensive than a regular washing machine. It's not very consuming with the electricity. Works like a regular one. Just wait for the timer and the product will work. Clothes will come out as if it was out of a big ol' regular Washing machine.

I purchased this dishwasher two years ago, and it worked very well. A few months ago, I noticed that the spray arm didn't seem to be rotating properly, which resulted in my dishes not getting clean. I was quite frustrated, so I contacted the HAVA team. It's worth mentioning that they responded very quickly and sent me a video guide on how to reshape the spray arm and clean the small holes. After putting in some effort, I'm happy to say that my spray arm is now working perfectly again. I also purchased a few extra spray arms as spares. All in all, I am satisfied with both this product and their customer service.

R09 HAVA dishwasher is a great machine! The water fill feature on the top is EASY to use and a great way to avoid any hookup with a sink faucet. And it can fit quite a lot of dishes for a portable DW. Dishes come out squeaky clean. And who doesn't love the blue interior light? 5 star!

Ich hatte einen Defekt an meiner Spülmaschine HAVA R09. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice funktionierte super. Es erfolgten schnelle und fachliche Fragen und Antworten. Das Problem wurde erfolgreich gelöst. Solch einen Kundenservice findet man heute nur noch selten. Deshalb eine großen Dank für den guten Service und das hervorragende Produkt.
