I emailed you to ask about a poster, to be sent to the uk and that i'd pre pay for delivery. You replied to me stating prints only came with a frame. So I re-ordered the same print and had it sent to someone I know in the uk. And guess what, the print was sent no problem. I didnt have to buy a frame !!!
IMADOPE
Ordered a frame. The frame was fine but the plexiglass was smudged and smeared. First they asked for a picture, but the plexiglass flaws do not show up in a picture. So I asked to return it. They said I would have to pay for return shipping, although their website says return in 30 days and you are not charged for return shipping. Now they are back to take a picture. Obviously, they are not going to take it back and I am out $60.00 Get your frames elsewhere. Also, in their first e-mail response to me, they referred to me as IMADOPE. I guess they were right.

We never received the package. Thought we might receive an email saying it was delivered and we didn’t and now it’s nowhere to be found.

I ordered a set of framed prints on 6/28. I received a shipment notification on 6/29. It’s now 7/15, and I still don’t have the prints. Tracking info just says shipment label was cancelled. Can’t reach anyone in customer service. 100% unsatisfied and ready to seek refund through AMEX.
