Placed my order on 29 November, received an email on 6 December to say it had been dispatched and to date (20 December), nothing has arrived. I wrote an email (as there’s no phone number to call) on 15 December to ask where my order is and no response received. Might not be surprising since their auto response reads: “Our team endeavour to respond to enquiries within 7-10 days. This mailbox is not manned Saturday to Sunday”. I think that is a ridiculous response time to deal with complaints when they are hardly a small company and are happy to take your money in an instant. Wish I had seen these previous reviews before I had ordered as I would definitely have thought twice and ordered HP presents from somewhere else instead.

Placed order 27th November. Still not dispatched and no response to four messages sent at various times. Absolutely shambolic service. Would never have bought if there was any uncertainty about delivery before Christmas and now it is too late to make alternative arrangements. No phone number anywhere I can find either.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered item a week ago and they haven’t even posted it yet. Postage says 7-10 days so even when they do deign to put it in the post it’s not going to be here for Christmas. Contact option on website says invalid email address even though it’s correct so can’t even contact them to get an update ! Facebook message ignored - very disappointing

Do not use! awful place to order from. still waiting for my order after almost a month. Nothing would make me order from them again. they do not reply to emails and have stolen £59.95 from me.

Don't bother using these Fools, placed a order still not received weeks later, I did however receive a order ment for someone else, still waiting for it to be collected I guess once they have your money the don't care, the order I received is 5x the value of my order I imagine there is a very disappointed kid somewhere because these people just don't give a monkeys, there is no phone number to call customer services only a email address that they say takes 7+ days to reply and when they do they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard really people avoid using this company it may be official but its also incompetent and not fit for purpose

Absolutely awful. Do not risk ordering from these guys! I thought with it being the official Harry Potter shop Id be safe but really it’s the worst Place ive ever ordered from. I ordered 2 wands for £64 a few weeks back. They arrived in a big bag not packed well and all damaged. There’s Noway to contact them, no email address and no phone number and they don’t reply to Facebook messages. The contact form on there website also doesn’t accept any email address I enter so doesn’t work. I had to do a chargeback through my bank. My daughter then wants to reorder them as they are the only company that sell the wands she is collecting. I say ok we will risk it. We do the order and the money is pending from my bank then suddenly 5 days later it’s no longer pending my account and I notice the wands are now sold out online. No form of contact to explain it either. Now I’m not sure if the order will still go ahead and leave my bank and no way to ask them! Edit: so I spoke to my bank and they told me that Harry Potter shop had canceled my order. They reassured me I could reorder elsewhere so I went to noble collections (very recommended but the way) Anyways days later the wands arrived and the funds managed to leave my account! This was 2 weeks after I ordered and after the funds had disappeared from my pending! I’ve finally found an email address kindly given to me by another Harry Potter fan but they aren’t replying. I am now £96 short with duplicate wands I don’t need and I have no way to return for a refund. I don’t even know what to do anymore. One things for sure I will never ever ever order from the Harry Potter shop again. New edit: I don’t even know how to word all of this, it is now weeks later. I still have no way to return the wands, I had managed to get a returns address as they finally replyed to me however the post office won’t accept it because it’s a handwritten freepost address. Harry Potter shop have no returns labels when actually post offices no longer accept ‘freepost’ handwritten on, it needs to be a returns label with a licence number. They are again not replying to my emails, it’s been 3 weeks since there last reply. I have emailed 3 times since then. I am now left with 3 unwanted wands and I’m down £96 with my bank and no way to return and guess what…. They are now fighting to get the previous £64 back for the damaged wands and stated to my bank that they have had no form of contact from me! So all in all I’m likely going to be left with 2 damaged wands 3 unwanted wands and £160 down! Please I beg you DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HARRY POTTER SHOP. I KNOW THEY ARE OFFICIAL AND ITS HARD TO BELIEVE REVIEWS ESP SEEN AS THEY ARE THE OFFCIAL SHOP BUT I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT IF YOH GET ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR WANT TO RETURN.

At the end of 40 days of waiting my order, they say that ist no possibel to do shippment to Spain and no more explicatio. Thanks harrypottershop

I am very disappointed with my Harry Potter experience so far as I have just ordered some items for my daughter's birthday. I thought 8 days would be enough time to receive the order in time however, I have only just found out that their despatch time is 10 days before the item is even delivered with only a standard delivery option. As a result, I am going to have a very unhappy daughter on her birthday next week. It is so sad that a brand focused on children would offer such poor service. I will not recommend the Harry Potter Shop to my friends.
