Bought some earphones that got stolen from my porch. I did not give permission for the delivery service to drop it off there, so one would think the case is clear - refund or a replacement. Not with Harman. They will continuously insist that the parcel was delivered as was agreed upon and refuse any refund. If the customer service is not sorting this out soon I will pursue further steps.

Service au top pour un échange de casque sous garantie défectueux. Réglé et reçu rapidement!!!

Ordered items from Harman Audio and received a confirmation. My CC was charged and I waited a few weeks and did not receive an email that showed it shipped. I had to call customer service and after about 45 min, they explained that the item was out of stock and they would cancel my order and refund my payment. I am not sure why they did not know this up front and cancel my order before they charged my CC. Also, I don't know why I had to be the one to follow through to get refunded. Absolutely poor communication and disappointing service. Poor way to run a business! Stay away!

Absolutely horrible customer service, to the point that they are borderline scamming people. They gave me a discount code that unapplied itself when attempting to check out, attempting to scam me out of the 30% discount that they were supposed to give me.

Citation 200 bad battery life, glitchy audio. Expensive and has good reviews, in reality a poor quality product with support that isn't great.

I actually had an excellent customer service experience with Harman Audio. I contacted them at the end of October 2023 for my broken JBL Wind3 speaker. The customer service assigned a rep, and he was in contact me with me providing updates until the issue was resolved. They paid for my return shipping label with UPS, and now a replacement speaker is on the way with a UPS tracking number. Maybe I was lucky to get this specific customer rep. Honestly besides Amazon customer service, this is one of my best customer service experiences in my 40 years of life.

La pire expérience de ma vie d’un service client. A fuir d’urgence.
