HardrockReviews of hardrock.bet

So reading all of these reviews I find myself in absolute shock. HardRocBet has been an absolute gem to myself and many of my friends who indulge. Their customer service team has helped me with just about every issue I've come across from day 1. Sure the games seemed a little bit looser when I first started, and sure some days when im nickle and dimeing it I dont seem to have very good luck....but when I commit, and I go all out (Responsibly) ive had some of the best payout of my like. I started with $125.00 once in july....walked away with $7500.00 the following day dropped in $200.00, left with $2,200.00. Last month lost about dropped in around 1,200.00 profited around $2,400.00. And I have the deposit and withdraw history transcript for anyone who wanna call my bluff. People, you cant win everyday, sometimes even every week....but if you commit, and play responsibly but bold...the rewards are fantastic. So thank you Hard Rock Bet and their amazing teams of agents both General and PMR for treating me like a customer and not a nuisance. More than I can satisfy for other platform agents.....GoGoGold, Stake, and especially (crowncoins)These guys had a glitch with their card pulls paying SCs to my account instead of in card cash on my very first day of trying the card pulls out. Had won over $550.00 and when I went to redeem, not only was my redemption taken from me but the sent me a nice little note saying I wasn't supposed to win but for my troubles here's 10sc and thats all you get. Was even told by their agent that I should have reported it even though I had no idea there was anything wrong. I thought I legitimately won that. Then an agent told me, If I dont like it, I can go elsewhere. Ive never been more disrespected or taken less seriously as a customer than they treated me that day. "Im still waiting on my redemption CrownCoins, ill never spend another dime with you guys until I get what I'm owed and as god as my witness ill discourage every person I know to stop them from putting a dollar in your accounts. Wanna call my bluff? Got the transcripts and screenshots to prove it." The choice is clear to me. Hard Rock Bet is and will always be my go to. Melliniumbug2014 J.W.

You will go thru hell to get your money and still haven’t got mine 2 weeks later. All I get is an automated message EVERY SINGLE TIME. No matter how many documents I send in .

One of the worst gambling experiences you will ever have. Stay clear folks. They are liars, thieves and have zero support. It's funny, they have literally homeless trash that is their "support" team...no joke. Clueless and completely lost. I made MULTIPLE bets that I won and they would pay me less. Their "reasons" would change from bet to bet..."dead heat" then it would go to "prove it", then it was, "are you a member?".. HILARIOUS liars. Last of all, DO NOT BET THEIR FAKE SLOT MACHINES/Casino GAMES . They are fake over-seas trash. 100% scam. Hope this helps and find another outlet! Take care!!

Signed up and made my first (small) deposit today just so I could check it out. Was immediately disappointed with the overall look (visual aesthetic) of the log in page. The deposit bonus was 200 spins on Sweet Bonanza. As soon as I clicked on the game I got an error message. I tried playing a few other games and also got an error. Finally I was able to load a couple of games. Played the money I had and once again tried opening the bonus game. Still wouldn't load it. I at that time contacted their customer service. Was told to clear cache and reload but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and those games still won't load. At this point I'm definitely not impressed. But the kicker for me is that the 200 spins are doled out at 10 spins a day and expire in 24 hours! Needless to say they lost a customer just as quickly as they gained one! Glad I made the min deposit to check it out first! I won't make the same mistake twice!

Seems like a second time this happened to me same platform different game wagered over $30 and not one payout not even 10 cents went into another game thinking that maybe it was just that game wagered over another $2 and not one payout not 5 cents not 10 cents not anything at all I'm not understanding what's going on with this platform I enjoy Hard Rock I I'm in basically brought all my family friends over to Hard Rock like five people in a month time so that's maybe one person a week and I seems to be your platforms a little I guess maybe I don't know glitching I don't know what's going on but it should be at least one payout and there's none I understand that the games of random they randomly selected but there's no way that you spend over $30 and you get nothing supposed to be fair and regulated I feel that it that is unfair and not regulated whatsoever I've resetted my app I've cleared my cash I reset my phone I reset the app I uninstalled reinstalled did everything that was necessarily possible for this after work and it seems as if something going on maybe you guys can figure it out

No chance of winning anything . You get a bonus and it pays nothing. One of the worse casino sites i have played. Save your money and try a different one.

I would have to agree with some of the customers on winnings, with all the money spent playing, everyone whose played for a period of time should hit a jackpot even if its $200. You get nothing after your first good small win, thats how they get you, they let you win one decent play and after that Penny's.

I would rather play Betty casino. Pays out better. I've been playing hard rock casino for a couple day and it suck. Never win not even 1$ . Dnt waste your time or money. You wanna win big play Betty. Hard rock free spins is a joke . 1 free spins . At least with Betty you get Betty money twice a day and you play with Betty money and actually win real money. -1 for my rating
