HardrockReviews of hardrock.bet

I start off by saying that I waited $100 for a mystery wheel spin was expecting was hoping praying for maybe 500 spins no I received 25 spins on a hard rock game and out of them 25 things I received 8 cents fairing regulated I think not furthermore I inquired to the chat support was understanding that it would be resolved but the issue was not resolved the issue was basically pushed to the side there was no result to the issue that I had no resolution

I joined Hard Rock Bet, about 1 week ago, and 4 days after joining, my account was suspended. A day later i learned via an email received that it was because I was using the same bank account on more than 1 account. This is because my husband who also joined and I have a shared checking account and we were not aware that could not fund through the same bank account. They requested multiple documents including, picture of front and back of my license, a selfie, bank statement, picture of the debit cards with my name on it that I attempted to use on my Account and an explanation of why I was using my bank account with another account holder. All of which I immediately responded 4 days ago. They have requested the 3rd day the same debit card picture that they requested yesterday and I responded through there link yesterday and in previous requests . My account is still suspended, cannot get anyone to review and release the suspension and can't get anyone to answer me why this is taking so long. I have at least $450 that should have been deposited back to my checking account and so far has not been done. There is no one you can call, and support is of no help. It is very frustrating!

Hard Rock has stolen my $48000 that I won on a dream parlay. They refuse to pay out and keep making excuses blaming my bank for the problem. I contacted my bank and there is NO PENDING WITHDRAWLS. Hard Rock never paid out the money to begin with.

Finally got my money back after 2 weeks of the classic problem: passed ID verification, deposited, won some money, tried to withdraw, got the suspension/review notification. For anyone else in this situation, threaten to escalate to iGaming Ontario when you are talking to support. Ask for a case ID and give them a firm 48hr deadline to respond. They usually respond in a day but they'll try to stall you at first. Don't let them get away with it. Be prepared to actually file the formal complaint. Also be prepared to provide stuff like bank statements, debit card photos, photo ID (again), proof of address etc. The experience was horrendous whether it's just malicious on their part or just a understaffed review team. Hope this helps everyone else in this situation and that they eventually get their act together.

Abysmal RTP for online slot games. I ended up uninstallling the app after examining what I deposited versus withdrew. I'm done with their greedy asses.

Just don’t do it. They’ll entice you to deposit money for free spins. Once you do and win any money with those spins, they’ll suspend your account if you try to withdraw any winnings. I feel like I was totally ripped off. No luck getting my account reactivated. There are much better online casinos. Avoid this one at all cost

They have really only catered to the high rollers as of late. Ever since Kalshi and Draft Kings entered Florida’s market they have really been stingy with their payouts and rewards. Their loyalty rewards are laughable with these “legendary” drops. My suggestion is consider other platforms before giving these folks a chance at your hard earned money.

Awful!!!!!
