Ok. Well. As per the tv commercial you declare fast "payouts". As well the customer # provided on your site is null and void. The chat is ridiculous. Fast payouts. HAHA. Still waiting. It's kinda bs So...ya😡

Looking at the reviews people left here is exactly what I am experiencing. It did good as first time customer, then dropped like a hot potato. I placed wagers at $1.00 to $2.00 bets and up, and received payouts of .10 cents, .25 cents and then nothing at all for the duration of a $100.00 deposit. It is gone in 10 minutes, especially with no return at all! I have tried several games and not one of them was fair payout for your wager.

Worst casino ever!!! Zero Winnings, just deposits. They don't even let you have some fun with a few Winnings. Simply betting $1 per spin you will lose like $1000 in 5 or 10 minutes because it's just straight losing. They don't have a heart to at least give customers some Winnings as well. To at least make the experience enjoyable. Hands down the worst Casino i have ever played online... I have played online a lot of site and this was my absolute worst experience...

This app was good, payouts were fine, withdrawals were fast, than I made a request for a withdrawal, and all of a sudden my account is suspended and no one will answer my emails! Stay away from this casino! Unless you are ok with only giving your money and not getting your withdrawals. Horrible customer service! No contact number, everything done online. Nope! Stay Away !!! In the beginning when you open an account it is great after 6 months take the money and run . You go from winning thousands of dollars (Free Spins Like Crazy) You even get a Host who calls you to see how you are doing and when things are bad , he would credit your account a few hundred dollars here and there . Also I would get a couple hundred dollars free play once a week. Now that I've been a loyal customer and dumped thousands of dollars into it. Let's start with my host disappeared !! You can dump thousands of dollars into the slots and barely even win a hundred bucks back if you lucky !! My free play went from hundreds of dollars to $25 a week then to $10 a week then to NOTHING . Even though I was spending the same amount of money. But the kicker of it all is when you're betting $10 a spin and you get free spins you would always win $300 to $5,000. Now if you're lucky enough to even get the spins you are lucky if you even make your $10 back. For example, recently I got 48 free spins (Won $2.25) Then 64 free spins ( Won $11 ) . In the beginning it would have been thousands. So I called the Hard Rock to see what's going on and why things have changed so drastically. (They always say the same thing) The online slots are new. They're trying to make the algorithms right for everybody so everybody has a fair chance of winning. Also just to hang on things will get better. I don't know if it's a new scam or what but everybody knows if you don't have your money in your account they would never let you use $1800 dollars on the Hard Rock Bets dime. So yeah you can say I'm really not Happy at all !! Be careful people !!
