HardrockReviews of hardrock.bet

I visit the casino on a fairly regular basis to play slot machines. I downloaded Hardrock bet, deposited $100 and all went smoothly on my Galaxy s22. I was very disappointed with the games. Not the same as in the asino. The minimum bet was $2 and I went through that hundred in about 5 minutes. Next day tried another $100 and didn't last 5 minutes. Games are nothing like the casino even in names Action and return to player was poor for me. I uninstalled the app and chalked my loss up to my own stupidity. Games were not stimulating like the casino in person. After reading other reviews I can say I had no issues with the operation of the site, but never got a chance to collect. I did not like that they store your debit card info and I had to lock out my card to feel safe before uninstalling the app. Not the same as going to a casino and not the same machines you hear advertised. Very disappointing.

I joined Hard Rock Bet, about 1 week ago, and 4 days after joining, my account was suspended. A day later i learned via an email received that it was because I was using the same bank account on more than 1 account. This is because my husband who also joined and I have a shared checking account and we were not aware that could not fund through the same bank account. They requested multiple documents including, picture of front and back of my license, a selfie, bank statement, picture of the debit cards with my name on it that I attempted to use on my Account and an explanation of why I was using my bank account with another account holder. All of which I immediately responded 4 days ago. They have requested the 3rd day the same debit card picture that they requested yesterday and I responded through there link yesterday and in previous requests . My account is still suspended, cannot get anyone to review and release the suspension and can't get anyone to answer me why this is taking so long. I have at least $450 that should have been deposited back to my checking account and so far has not been done. There is no one you can call, and support is of no help. It is very frustrating!

At sign up and played, I thought Hardrockbet was going to be one of the better casinos in the iGaming group, the game plays were great, the payouts were great, withdraws sorta fast, then a 180 reverse, deposit after deposits, after deposits until they retrieve back every amount of my withdraws and turned into a profit for their casino. checking their reviews, they have a very bad rep with US Player's and now they joined the iGaming group to make more billions off the Ontario Player's. I'm not going to say their scammer or it's rigged, I will leave it up to the Player's that didn't read the horrible reviews about this garbage site. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. They get 2 stars for smooth withdraws.

Got a notification for my rewards for opting into the 4th of July sweepstakes.clicked the notification for the drop there was nothing there.i just want what i am owed

Bait and switch. The first week or so that you are playing you will win pretty regularly...I mean a small or large bonus on pretty much every game that you play. Then...they tighten up the odds and it is literally impossible to win anything. It is one thing to play knowing that you will lose some money but can play a few hours and have some fun. On Hard Rock, you will be only feeding money in without winning at all. If you do get a bonus, the amount is so small that you leave disappointed. Trust me, there are plenty of other gaming sites. Avoid this one.

So this is an update as of my email screenshots reviews everywhere I open the app and there is a $50 Goodwill casino bonus so I don't know if that's the $50 friend referral money but you have to play it five times through there's a ticker in there in the rewards to show you how far you've gotten and my friend has one too but my sister and I still don't have the 50 that she referred me and we are supposed to receive $50 also the bonus that's not to mention so still not really sure what it is and there's no explanation in my emails or anything sorry about the long winded paragraph but it is what it is thank you trustpilot🔥🔥My review is my sister gave me a friend referral and it didn't work I went to support and they said, I already signed up ????:uuummmm no and I didn't they just started their online site in Michigan December 2nd there's no way so no friend referral bonus there they left me hanging in the support chat room for hours and hours nobody answering me I've emailed too nobody answered me I submitted a formal complaint today because yesterday I did a friend referral to my best friend and a whole bunch of other friends and the link is a bogus link and I sat right there with him while he clicked on the link and filled out the new player information etc deposited the required $20 and played through the required $50 & supposably both of us to get $50 nothing nobody got any referral money so I'm going to the Michigan game board I have emailed them with all the screenshots of all the referrals I've sent them all my friends that have joined and same with the referral bonus that we all deserve so make sure you check your stuff because I'm going to be on a classic lawsuit so if you have had the same problem tag along and follow me because this is crap! Make sure you screenshot and document everything I always do it says that I have invited nobody and nobody has joined friend referrals in my account which is such a lie totally fake news from hard Rock good luck people I am a dynasty gold member and also a platinum member at other platforms so don't tell me I don't know what I'm doing and reading the terms and condition and fine print for because I always do... And I've done everything right and so has my friends and family I asked them to make it right with us or they'll be a problem so still no email back no nothing just Dead silence from hard Rock in Michigan I'm PO'd right now.

I've been using this sportsbook for around 2-3 years and it was good, no complaints at all. Unfortuanalty I was down around $1k over those years. Just this past month I've gone on a really good run for me and made all that back plus $260 profit and I'm now limited to $10 a bet. Absolute joke that I get limited for being +$260ish profit after 3 years. I contacted support and they tried to claim that there was no limits set on my account.

I've been a user of hard rock bet since it became the only legal sports book in Florida, going on 3 years. Positives: a large selection of soccer matches and leagues. The app is pretty easy to use. Lines are posted fairly early in the major sports with a large selection of alternate lines once the sport reaches near scheduled start time. Negatives:. Lots of their settlement rules are a disadvantage to players compared to other sports books in their settlement process. Customer service is one of the worst I've experienced in any company. Only choices to contact customer support are via chat and/or email. If you plan on using the chat system set aside a minimum of 30 minutes before you receive a satisfactory answer to your direct question. Note;the chat will disconnect if sitting idle for more than 2 minutes so make sure every 2 minutes you send a message in the chat session otherwise you have to start over. Once 2025 college football and NFL has started app is very slow and glitchy probably from the increased traffic it is very frustrating when trying to place wagers. Missing games / matches from the board when they are posted at any other sports book. Seems like they try to limit their liability in any cases where the player may have a slight advantage, instead of prioritizing customer relations. In addition, they are very fast to remove any posted lines that are being hit by betters. Their selection of prop bets is one of the worst in the market very limited selections. In general their lines are higher than other sports books. I could really go on with many more negatives but I don't want to seem like a hard rock basher. In summary, if/when another sports book becomes available in Florida I will be deleting the hard Rock that app! There are several better sportsbooks out there to use.
