Quality is very good, even if it comes from China. Only with size is it a problem. You should order 1 to 2 numbers larger.

Got an awesome pair of New Rock brand boots direct from Spain. I was going to order directly from New Rock, however prices were in euros and shipping was prohibitively expensive. I placed an order with Hard n Heavy, they took the time to verify my size and in fact, I had ordered the wrong size for what I needed. I do understand they would have replaced them if I had gotten the wrong size but I certainly appreciated them taking the time to verify the sizing with me to save me having to exchange them. The boots are something I have wanted for many years and they are wonderful quality. I got Velcro cause I'm old, and I don't like to bend too much. This was all around a wonderful experience.

I absolutely LOVE this company! The clothing is unique and of excellent quality. Other reviews have mentioned that there has been a problem with slow shipping and/or customer service. This is not the case with me - shipping has been very prompt and the customer service is great. I plan on ordering many items from them in the future. And, the clothing is very true-to-size and made quite well!

I am happy about the product, it has taken a bit of time to arrive, but we all know that this ist a problem of the worldwide politics that go wrong in these times.
