Muy mal. Compré una cazadora que una vez recibida (que fue tarde), pues quise devolver y mi sorpresa fue que me contestaron que no se podía realizar la devolución por ser un artículo de liquidación. Y aluciné, ya que en NINGÚN MOMENTO durante la compra, se especificó o informó en ningún sitio que fuera de liquidación y en su política de devolución, tampoco pone que queden excluidas las prendas en liquidación. Así que mi consejo es que no compréis en esta web. Por supuesto yo no compraré NUNCA MÁS.

It has been almost two months & i never received my order. Communication is non existent and when they do eventually respond, they expect you to file an insurance claim on their behalf with a company i have never heard of & causes great suspicion. Fraudsters & scammers.

Ordered from them a month ago, the items never arrived. Said they were looking into it but never actually gave me an update. I have sent several emails over the course of the month but they have chosen to stop responding. Wouldn't try to order from them awful service!!

Nothing like the ring I ordered. The ring I got is awful. There’s no stone, the words are blurry, and the style is completely different. Very upset. Was for a gift that I now can’t give. I’ll add a photo or video if I can. I don’t see a spot for that. So upset.

I ordered some trousers here that cost £25 + £10. But the quality promised to be good. The order took over a month to arrive, but that's just how it is. It turned out that these were ordinary trousers from a Chinese website, which I could have bought much cheaper, but I thought that the quality would be good - no. In addition, it turned out that the measurements indicated on the website were incorrect, and the trousers, which I ordered one size larger so that they would be oversized, barely fit me. I immediately wrote that I wanted to return them and, surprisingly, I didn't have to send them very far, just within the UK (with a separate surcharge for returning the parcel). They wrote to me that as soon as the goods were received, my money would be transferred to my account. I waited two weeks from the date I received notification that the parcel had been delivered. And then the most interesting part began... They wrote to me that I had to wait because they still had not received confirmation that the parcel had been received. I wrote again after another two weeks and got the same answer. When I wrote that the parcel had been received a month ago, how long could I wait, they told me that unfortunately my parcel had been lost in delivery and they could offer me a gift voucher. I sent them a photo from the delivery company showing my parcel at their centre, and they again started with the story that ‘their reception centre was very busy and they had not yet received confirmation of receipt of the parcel’. More than two months have passed, and I still haven't seen any money.
