Amazing store! I have recently rediscovered my alternative roots and used this site predominantly to build up my updated wardrobe. Their velvet shirts are amazing and look sleek and stylish as well as giving a dark vibe I've been looking for, I bought some trousers from them that look industrial but with a modern touch and the fabrics are quite good although the hajariku pants I got are a bit fragile but I think that's just the design. The only thing I'd fault is the waiting times for the products but I understand that they are probabily very busy. Currently waiting on some platforms and counting the days. The staff are very polite and nice when handling my queries too. I'd recommend HardnHeavy if you are going for a victorian gothic style or industrial gothic look or maybe even want to mix it up and be creative with it. Looking forward to buying from them again. x

Took a little bit longer to get my order, but I was notified and Apologized to for the delay. I got the blouse I ordered in time for the event I was wearing it to and let me tell you. I got compliments upon compliments about it . Would definitely order from here again!! 💙💙

Quality of clothes were great and well worth the price! Everything fit exactly and looked beautiful. My one complaint was a mix up with the orders that caused a delay, but other than that I'm looking forward to ordering from them again!

I ordered boots in size 43. Shortly after, I received an email asking me to confirm the size, along with a size chart. According to the chart, the European size 43 did not match, and I should have ordered size 46 instead. In the correspondence, they promised to resolve the issue if the boots didn’t fit, but that wasn’t necessary — the boots arrived and fit perfectly. I’m satisfied with the quality, and the delivery was very fast. Overall, everything is great, but I’ll take off one point due to the confusion with the size chart.

Very happy with the product, fairly quick international shipping, and item arrived well packaged and in good condition.

Their Product is very Well made and confortable to wear. There were troubles with my First order but not only have they told me immefiately and appologized, but aldo gave me a giftcard for compensation.

I ordered 4 items. I received half of the order but had to get 1 item reshipped as it was lost in transit. Yana was great with replying and making sure I got the rest of the order. Im still waiting on the other half of the order, and it’s been nearly a month since I placed an order. The items I have received are unique, but feel a bit cheap. If the material were better quality I would be inclined to shop here again.
