Although my beloved cat has passed before I was able to receive and use the product, customer service has been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond in communication and I truly appreciate how they do business. In the future when I decide to adopt another kitty, I will definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again.

The container of AIM powder arrived safe and sound, and I started using it with my two kitties the very next day. Within a week, it was obvious that there was a change, taking place with them, and there was a reduction and vomiting, and any other disruptive behavior based on their health. They have been more energetic and actually even purring more, which has been quite lovely. I’m very happy with this product and grateful that it is available.

Good communication,my cat has only been on it a few days since difficult to say if it’s working at this point, but he hasn’t been sick for a couple of days so it’s looking good

I emailed Happy Wags after my order didn’t arrive during the timeframe on their website, they responded immediately, opened an investigation and found it had been lost in transit. My lost order was cancelled and a new one was placed, a status order update was sent the following day. Thank You for the excellent customer service!

My Lucy is 14 years old and has always been a picky eater, but somehow she really loves Happy Wags! I add one scoop to her meals every day, and to my surprise, she eats it without refusing it as she does with other products. Thank you for creating a product that helps support her health and well-being as she gets older. Every extra healthy and happy moment with my Lucy means the world to me. ❤️🐾 With love and gratitude, Lucy’s Mom
