Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my subscription for weeks without any luck. I still don’t know if it is canceled or not. Product took forever to ship. If I am charged this month, I will report them to my bank as fraud.

On 9-03-26 I was charged 34.95 for a jar of Happy Wags Taurine. On 9-07-26 I was charged $34.95 for a jar of Happy Wags Taurine and $19.59 for the second. I have received only one jar of the product ,and had to get my credit card company involved to get that.

We lost our mini dachshund Bobby Hicks Friday…….we thought he was getting better but instead his heart was getting worst…. His brother our Norwegian Lundehund Frank Thomas is devastated as is our family….i have 2 unopened containers? Can I get a refund?

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't received my order yet. I contacted their support dept and no reply. Their customer service is extremely poor if it even exists at all.

I ordered your product over 6 weeks ago. The tracking still shows it isn’t soon to be delivered. I texted and asked 2 weeks ago to cancel the order as we are snow birds and go home in September but was told it was too late to cancel. Leaving in 6 days and no product. Never buy from this vendor. I will have to work with my credit card to get my refund. Ugh!

It would be nice if I had received your product money was taken out of my account on 9/8 but I have not received anything I go to the tracking and all.i get is more advertising . I hope your customer service is not always this bad

I reached out to their support team within a couple of hours of placing the order to update/correct the order. It’s been 5 days, and the order was shipped / delivered incorrectly. Since then I reached out again at least 3-4 times and absolutely no response. It feels like a huge SCAM. At this point I doubt the quality of the product itself - and I decided NOT to use any of it and ask for my money back. If the company is a scam, how can the product be anything else?
