Very good customer service , helped with all my questions

I is an awesome product, and I would highly recommend to any pet owner to get it. The staff at Happy Wags is the courtesy and helpful staff and you will not be disappointed. I started using about 4 weeks ago and tell a big difference in my dog.

I ordered a two pack of the kidney support powder for my cats at the end of September and it shipped on October 4th. It was taking longer than I thought it should have taken to arrive, so I contacted the support team. I had an email follow up that was very timely from a person named Russett and that person was helpful to track my delivery and in fact the package arrived the day after I contacted the company. I was pleased by the assistance I received.

My cat passed away before I received my AIM, but they handled the cancellation kindly and thoughtfully.

I've had a great experience with their customer service both times I have had to talk to them. The first was because of a broken bottle and they replaced right away and the second was because I didn't know it was on subscription and they handled it right away. One of my dogs loves it and my picky one won't touch it but I am hoping it works for my big girl.

I was very impressed with the way a situation was addressed and would recommend the company to anyone who has a need for their products. Cynthia Zemon
